There are many styles of Yoga, each offering a unique contribution to the full spectrum.  The Tantric Revolution (500 CE) rejected classical Yoga's emphasis on self-denial and opened up new pathways.
 
Kathleen first studied Hatha Yoga, which is rooted in Tantra Yoga, and has since explored the Tantric tradition with great gratitude.  This is a practical approach that embraces all of life's ups and downs. Tantra celebrates absolutely everything as an expression of source energy, and its practices prepare us to fully unite with divine consciousness.
