I am passionate about sharing simple yet powerful self-healing practices that support us in cultivating balance on all dimensions of being. In an age of anxiety, exhaustion, depression + empathic distress are common challenges. Daily practice can help us build the resilience we need to deal with stressful situations gracefully + adapt well to change. I currently offer public classes, workshops + courses at PranaShanti Yoga Centre focused on building essential life skills.
My foundation for teaching is based on the practices of Hatha Yoga; Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT); and LifeForce Yoga (LFY). Exploring a wide spectrum of therapeutic techniques also led me to study sound as a healing modality with Jonathan Goldman and Barclay McMillan. My primary teacher is Brian James in the yogic lineage of TVK Desikachar and T Krishnamacharya.

Therapeutic Yoga

Access new possibilities for healing the physical body, balancing the mind, and awakening spirit. This gentle practice weaves together a set of ancient Yogic tools:

Pranayama (breath techniques), Asana (postures), Mantra

(vocal tones) Mudra (hand gestures) and Yoga Nidra

(guided relaxation) with other forms of meditation.

Toning Circles + Sound Baths


Create simple vowel sounds with a group of any size to support your overall well being. Toning with intention is a meaningful experience that enables us to feel clear and connected. To amplify the fundamental harmony within us,

I often incorporate a variety of vibrational healing tools, including: singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes.
